Currently a member of the Regional Legal Counsellors Association in Poznań, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań in 2001.

Maciej specialises in commercial insurance law and building law. He has professional expertise in developing legal expense and third party liability insurance solutions and handling insurance disputes as counsel for insurers. Maciej also specialises in managing complex investment processes, as well as the legal aspects of operations of health care providers. He is a member of the Management Board of Coris Lex Services sp. z o.o., a provider of assistance and claims handling services. Maciej has worked with major insurance companies, including Concordia Polska TUW. He has authored and co-authored many publications in insurance law.

Marek is a member the Regional Legal Counsellors Association in Warsaw. Having obtained a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Rzeszów, he completed legal counsellor traineeship in Warsaw and passed his final professional qualification exam with honours.

Marek's area of expertise is commercial insurance law, in particular construction risk insurance, professional liability and E&O insurance for construction business professionals, as well as professional liability insurance for medical practitioners and health care providers. He also specialises in handling compensatory claims, including those relating to medical malpractice and corporate liability.

Marek has experience in litigation, also as counsel for insurers and health care providers. He drafts legal opinions on claims settlement processes and provides comprehensive advice for businesses. He is an author of several articles on insurance law and civil procedure.

Izabela is an advocate admitted to the Regional Bar Council in Warsaw.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań in 1997, she completed her judicial training and was appointed as a judge of the District Court in Poznań. Izabela was subsequently transferred to Warsaw where she took the office of the head of a civil division. In 2006-2008 she sat on the Circuit Court in Warsaw.

Izabela's area of specialty is the broadly-understood civil litigation, in particular insurance litigation. She advises businesses in contractual negotiations and assists clients in the area of dispute resolution, helping them to resolve disputes professionally and fairly, by settlement or otherwise. Izabela also provides advice in family and succession law, her paramount objective being to ensure the highest possible protection for client's interests.

Michał is a member of the Regional Legal Counsellors Association in Poznań. In 2004 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań.

Michał specialises in employment law and civil law, and his particular area of expertise is commercial insurance law.

An experienced insurance litigator, he also advises on commercial contracts and due diligence. Throughout his legal career, Michał has gained extensive expertise as a training provider and counsel for both corporate and individual clients.

Currently a member of the Regional Legal Counsellors Association in Poznań, Agnieszka graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Poznań, and completed a Postgraduate Programme in European Law.

She specialises in civil, business and administrative law. Agnieszka's professional interests focus on insurance law and compensatory claims.

She has vast experience in litigation and argues cases for both insurers and individuals.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. Anna completed a six-month Socrates/Erasmus exchange programme at Edinburgh Napier University Law School.

She specialises in the areas of employment law and commercial insurance law and compensatory claims, including medical malpractice claims. Working as counsel representing insurers, Anna has gained extensive litigation experience. She also drafts contracts, legal opinions and reviews general terms and conditions of insurance.
